'Top of da Hill,' has a naturalist retreat setting. It is a private 50 acre estate with two houses; each house having its own privacy. This estate is situated well away from the activities of small island life, yet close enough to the amenities that the island has to offer. The location is on some of the highest land in the Bahamas, and offers miles of clear blue-green ocean viewing. A quarter mile romantic walk through a breezy, lush green pathway leads to the nearest isolated, pristine beach. Another quarter mile away (2 min. drive) in the other direction and you can wade in crystalline waters like none you have ever seen! The Estate House
is a 2 bedroom, 2-½ bath home with a spectacular 360º view that
includes north Cat Island and the Exuma Sound. It is very private
and exclusive with access by a private road that guarantees your
seclusion. Bedroom suites are on separate sides of the house and
in their own buildings… just a step or two from the main house's
kitchen, living and den areas. The house also features a spiral
staircase to the roof deck for sunbathing or to capture the incredible
views. A short walk down to the beach leads you to a deserted oasis
for exploration, snorkeling, shelling or sunbathing. For the individual
looking to get away from it all, this home is truly unique and offers
a very special experience. |
The Estate House at 'Top of da Hill' has a 4 night minimum stay and rents for $400 (U.S.) per night, or $2800 per week. A 2-door car is available for rent at $50 per day.
